Also only going to state this ONCE, before I start going to Kendall and asking for the okay to penalize players who don't listen...

Do NOT state things IC you would not know unless you have the appropriate abilities at proper levels to justify knowledge of said items. Everyone gained a free level of Garou and their Tribe lore, you had to have bought more to know more about such things or anything NOT of those lores you need the appropriate lore. To know how to do certain skills, you need the appropriate abilities (survival for knowledge of camp building, hunting, edible plants, water purification/salvaging; crafts for building; academics for book smarts; or subterfuge for lockpicking). If you don't have the ability you DON'T have the basic knowledge, cuz level 1 of said ability is the basic knowledge, and that isn't included under the whole "spend a willpower to enter into an appropriate challenge" spending a willpower to do something is the same as being handed a trigonometry problem when you haven't even studied algebra you are going on a whim and a prayer with little chance of getting it right. Remember WoD was concept first, mechanics second, and is a roleplaying game so suspend your disbelief when playing and remember your character doesn't know everything you do.
